Shannon Gallogly is a California loving, bongo drumming artist from the Bay Area. She loves art and enjoys the process of making her work come to life. Her art incorporates the psychological aspects of what she is feeling being raised here in America during this difficult time. She works with a lot of mediums, but mostly loves to paint, carve and make prints. She is currently a student at San Francisco State University studying Fine Arts with a minor in Psychology. Before that she went to Cal Arts, Innerspark where she fell in love with art while studying Painting and Ceramics. She has also gone to school in Florence, Italy where she studied Art History and Culture. She is in the school for Art Therapy and hopes to help people through her talents in her local community. Art has always had a very special place in her heart and will follow her throughout her life. She is currently in the studio working on a series called “Breaking Youth”.
